What's the weather like? - October 2023

Good morning from Caleta, well you have me for a while to give JohnR a break from the daily Weather posts.

I go to collate the information to find the internet has gone down, so a quick post on my mobile.

At 8am it was 22c with little wind and high thin scattered cloud, without the detail I would suggest it is going to be similar to yesterday, a very warm day from late morning and the wind picking up this afternoon.

Will update fully when I get internet back.

Currently 90% cloud cover, 30C with a light wind from the N / NE, cloud forecast to reduce during the afternoon.

There is still a Yellow Warning in place for High Temperatures and Dust so the air quality is UNHEALTHY.

Good morning from Caleta, yesterday much as forecast, wind in the afternoon didn't increase so much and whilst the cloud reduced it didn't clear.

This morning at 8am 24C, a light N / NE wind, a bank of cloud over the sea to the east blocking out the sunrise and the rest of the sky is very hazy.

It has been very hazy and dusty today but warm, still 32c in the shade at 6pm, wind has picked up from the N to about 24 to 30 Kmph

Good morning from Caleta, yesterday as reported a warm hazy sun day with a lot of dust, by 10pm the wind had increase quite considerably.

At 7.30am this morning it is 25C, very hazy and a light wind from the N /NE.

There is still a YELLOW WARING in place for HIGH TEMEPERARUES & DUST

Temperature - Up to 29C from 2pm through until 5pm
Cloud cover - Thin (probably the dust) giving hazy sunshine
Cloud Ceiling - 9100mts
UV Factor - 6 at 1pm
Humidity - Averaging 52%
Air Quality - VERY UNHEALTHY
Visibility - Good at 16Km+ ? with the dust
Wind - From the N / NE at 15 to 17Kmph with gusts up to 26Kmph.

1pm update -  at midday the hills were quite clear and the temperature in the shade was 32C and 47C in the sun, by 1pm it has become quite hazy and cooled slightly.
