A 66-year-old man was seriously injured this Friday after the vehicle in which he was traveling returned in the Village of La Ampuyenta, in Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, 112 reported.
The Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) of the Government of the Canary Islands received the alert at 9:19 a.m. and sent a medicalized ambulance and another basic life support ambulance to the scene.
At the initial time of assistance, the man had several serious injuries and, after being stabilized by the personnel of the Canary Islands Emergency Service, he was transferred in critical condition to the General Hospital of Fuerteventura.
The firefighters of Puerto del Rosario secured the car so that the health personnel could act safely, the Local Police collaborated with the responders and the Civil Guard instructed the corresponding proceedings.
