You're almost certainly right. A "seasonal" section with outdoor furniture type things or bbq items in spring/summer and then Halloween/Christmas/Easter stuff for holidays is my bet.
I was in there again tonight and bought a rake of stuff— It is impossible to leave empty-handed. It's a consumer wonderland for me! I'm going to have to ban myself if this keeps up, but I have the house nicely stocked now so I am very pleased.
