Remarks:
At the time indicated above, the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert in which it was communicated that they had taken a person who was in cardiorespiratory arrest out of the water and that they were trying to resuscitate him.
1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources.
Upon arriving at the place, the staff of the SUC, with the collaboration of the doctor and nurse of the aforementioned health center, verified that the affected person was in cardiorespiratory arrest and began to perform advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers without success, so his death was confirmed.
The Local Police and Civil Protection collaborated with the emergency services.
The Civil Guard instructs the corresponding proceedings and takes charge of the body until the arrival of the judicial authority.
