Electricity Bill from Endesa

I did not get one in January but got 2 in February. Did this happen to anyone else?

Got one each month, but they do seem to be sending them out later / notifing you that your bill can be downloaded if you have an online account.  It seems there isn't the same Direct Debit rule here as in the UK about you getting the bill at least 10 days before the Money is taken so you have an opportunity to query it if needed.

We had our contract set up for our house 8 months ago and are still waiting to receive a bill! Have visited 3 offices, talked to them online and via conference call, and put in a formal complaint. Same as CAAF!

Keeping Money on one side for when it does arrive Confused

Still waiting for the February bill. Weird. First time.
Since Endesa had a profit of 2,54 miljard Euro in 2022, we'd love to see some changes in the prices, or skipping a bill or two in 2023 Wink

Can anyone tell me anything about the different tariffs with them, and what might be the best one to be on if we're not going to be here over the summer?

The bills have gone way up in the last year (unsurprisingly) and I'd like to be sure we're on the best plan.

EDIT: We are on the Tempo Siempre Ganas plan right now.

Ducks, don't think this will be much of a help but for your info; we were put on Tempo Happy when we changed into a digital account. It's with a flexible price. Seems ok for us. We're paying more for the transport than the electricity itself, small users. About 15 euro each month in total.

I do have and use the app, does that make a difference? I will have to go through the bills more closely and report back with more info.

Ducks, we don't use the app !! just digital via email (on computer) we receive the bills, you can download them, that's it. No need to log in as well. If you check these downloaded bills than all costs should be specified.
