Union Puerto are at home this Sunday at midday against top of the table Tamaraceite.

Cotillo have just won 1-0 away at Panaderia. Las Zocas also won at home to remain one point behind Cotillo.

Tenisca currently have one point more than Cotillo and Yaiza two points more with tomorrow’s games in hand. If they both lose it gets very interesting very quickly.

Cotillo have three games remaining. They are at home to Guimar next weekend.

Puerto are up to 13th, but only 3 points clear of the relegation zone, 5 places below them.
It's going to be an interesting finish to the season.
In the Preferente League, the leaders, Gran Tarajal lost 2-1 away at Pedro Higaldo.

Unfortunately both Tenisca and Yaiza won today. 

All Cotillo can do is win their final three games to get to 44 points and hope that two of the six teams immediately above them don’t manage the same. 

Anything less than nine points for Cotillo looks like certain relegation.

Tacoronte and Yaiza lost today so a little hope for Cotillo. Panaderia got a point last night so they only need a point from their last two games to be out of reach of Cotillo.

Hopefully Las Zocas can beat Tenisca tomorrow or at least get a point.

Cotillo 2-0 Guimar

The dream continues. Cotillo dominated the first half but couldn’t score. Early in the second half one of our players was sent off for a second yellow. Was this the end of the road ? No, as we scored two scrambled goals with ten men. 

It will be a real shame if we are relegated as right now we are actually one of the mid/better teams in the league.

Tenisca beat Las Zocas 3-0 so that wasn’t a good result for us. Similarly Buzanada won against a top 4 team which wasn't ideal.

Puerto lost 4-0 away at Tenerife B and are not out of the woods at all. Yaiza are now below Tenisca in the third relegation spot.

Next week Cotillo are away at Tacoronte in a massive six pointer.

It just got a bit more interesting !!

Almost anything is possible in the last 2 games of the season!

In the Preferente, Gran Tarajal, the leaders, lost 1-0 away at Teror in Gran Canaria.  Gran Tarajal are still top with 68 points but Teror are now 2nd with 67 points.

Looking at the table again I see Las Zocas are now relegated. 

Anything other than a win for Cotillo at Tacoronte next week will also see Cotillo relegated. 

Yaiza are at home to Buzanada next week.

I just have a feeling that 44 points will be enough if Cotillo can win their final two games ....
