I Jim know they used to be rubbish, but quite recently they appear to have sorted it and are now offering a decent service, was just wondering if anyone has any up to date experience of them?

Has anyone had any recent experience of using JRM at La Caleta near Parque Holandes?

Once I went to JRM for a quote, actually the day after I went to Netservices for one, and I found the same guy who gave me the quote at Netservices working there as well. He made me understand that I was wasting my time because the two companies are sort of same 'family'.

At present I'm served by NetServices (for the past five months) and so far cannot complain. They installed the usual aerial on the roof and provided me with a router (I don't have smartphone with contract), which work well for me. No fiber optics where I live (La Asomada). TV box and normal Internet, no games no work from home.
