The Civil Guard of the Main Post of Vecindario, investigated on September 2 a woman of 30 years of age, for the commission of an alleged crime of abandonment of minors, for leaving a minor of a few months of age inside a car parked in the parking lot of a supermarket without the company of any adult in the municipality of Vecindario, being detected by an off-duty Civil Guard.
Development of the facts
The Civil Guard out of service was aware of the facts on the afternoon of September 2, when about 3:30 p.m. went to make the purchase at the supermarket, located in Vecindario, when it left the shopping cart in the area enabled in the parking lots, noticed the cry of a baby near the area that was, observing how inside a vehicle parked there was a minor of a few months, alone and with the windows a little lowered, not observing any responsible adult in the vicinity and having adverse Weather conditions in which it could be dangerous for the baby since the temperature was approximately 30 degrees outside the vehicle.
