Looking for a large artists studio space for October

Hi

I'm looking to see if anyone knows of a suitable space we could rent on the island for around 10 artists. We would be looking for an open plan space to divide up to areas for artists to work on their own practise (ranging from painters, sculptors to writers) - each needing around 5- 10msq in space. Would anyone know if anything like this on the island? thanks!

That's an interesting request, I can't think of anything offhand but perhaps some premises might become available due to businesses closing permanently as a result of lock down. We'll keep our eyes and ears open for you.

Do be careful regarding the 'use' of the property. Buildings appear to be licenced for certain things only -  possibly one of the cultural centres may be able to help?
