This morning, at 12:53 the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting that a motorist had collided with a fence and was seriously injured in Urbanization Industrial Estate Risco Prieto, municipality of Puerto del Rosario.
1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources. Upon arriving at the scene, the staff of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) confirmed his death due to the seriousness of the injuries he presented.
The Civil Guard instructed the corresponding proceedings and took charge of the body until the arrival of the judicial authority.
Likewise, the Local Police also collaborated with the emergency services.
