Moving along at a rapid clip for FV, I'm impressed.

Will be very disappointed if it's just a showroom— I'd be much happier with an ugly warehouse unit that had stacks of stock and a completed one sitting on top!

IKEA sign went up yesterday afternoon, tarmac down and the new entrance door is in place, so really moving at a pace looks like it will be open in the next 2 or 3 weeks  .


Will be interesting to see what they do with the old building?

Hi Ron No 2 separate building no link but they have tarmacked between the 2 and this morning when we passed on the way to the airport I saw they appear to have also white lined parking bays.

Interesting !! I see from the photos it looks like they have moved the original entrance to the front as well. I wonder if the new building might be a full warehouse & they refit the original to all showroom. Wouldn’t be able to do the full mega shop displays but could be the biggest lines on display & the rest by digital display & still pick up from the warehouse next door. Will have to wait & see. We are out last two wks of January so hopefully will be further on by then

It looks like showroom on the right (photo no 2) , and warehouse on the left side of the building (photo no 3). I think it will be open very soon.

But will that warehouse be open to the public? Maybe only time will tell!
