I ordered some kitchen units yesterday morning and the girl couldn’t have been more helpful and was very knowledgable. It’s was quiet at 11 am. They do have a lot more on display but I will still need to go to the Edinburgh store to view items beforehand. I word of warning...the code numbers do not tie up for some strange reason so you need to note the name of the item and search for it on the Ikea Canaries web site.
Being delivered to my address here next Thursday....happy DIY Days

We did something similar when we had to replace all our furniture after ‘ Rat Gate’, we visited IKEA Dublin picked out what we wanted then looked them up on the Fuerteventura website, ordered them, paid €25 for delivery and hey had to make 2 trips because we had 2 double beds plus mattress a L shaped couch, lockers, chest of drawers etc. I then paid them €125 to assemble everything. Happy days, nothing for me to do when we arrived.
