Currently not much of info only that the new waterfront hotel will be six or seven stories high and possibly located on the plot recently acquired from DIsa.

It was mentioned by the Mayor of Puerto del Rosario on the local radio.
He was supposed to be getting ideas for the site from the people of Puerto del Rosario

It looks like the city changed their mind and the plan now is to build a (temporary) car park instead.
