There is currently an Irish couple being accommodated in a villa just down from us who are also buying an apartment I will have to check if they are now completing and able to move in on the basis they have furniture etc. will let you all know.

An update this couple who have bought a ground floor apartment have yesterday and today been moving in and have vacated the rental villa down from us.

There was a security lady on duty just inside the gate at the first entrance to the apartments.

Hi Jason, yes ,we completed on apartment last Friday 😎😎, can’t wait to get out there now . Fingers crossed for August/September  .

By the way , the apartment on https://carmenvillazan.com/en/venta-inmo...-eng-2163/ is a resale as that one was reserved when we bought ours in Dec 2017 . 

All the 1st floor south facing apartments were sold early on in the build , the 2 that’s up for sale now are resales .

Correct - no screens on showers, just assumed it was normal in Spain. I looked at a different new build and the developer tried to tell me I had to fit my own kitchen.

Strange with our villas built by the same developer 4 years ago we got shower screens.

Update 5mins later, I am not sure that they are finished as when I re watch the video I see the bath room mirror with a built in light is not fitted either.

Definitely no screens - not sure why, the show house had curtains but it was made clear we would have to fit our own curtains/screens. We also have the developer going round tidying up 1 or two areas that were not finished very well.
I got the impression early on it was best to go with the flow on everything, we were told the plans could not be changed as we asked about the flooring and told all materials and finishes had to remain.
