Edit Reason: Wrong info
)
Hi Jason , project manager changed very early on in the build . We reserved in Dec 17 and had we reserved Prior to that Screens and mirror would have been included.
The new PM cut back on a lot of the project hence the type of fence used , outside lighting and quantity of plants are not as shown in artist’s image. There was also a choice of kitchen units / worktop early on too.
We paid extra to upgrade our kitchen directly with suppliers and were told the change would have been free if requested early in build.

Hi Derry and all purchasers,
It was suggested by the agent that we change the locks following purchase which we are doing.

To those that have completed your purchase - have you been able to inspect your property, if so were you satisfied with the overall finish and condition on handover?

Hi all, just wondered if any one knows who supplies pool furniture/sunbeds on new developments Is it the builders, community or individual property owners.
Also wondered if anyone has information on WiFi arrangement on Pueblo Majorero.

I had assumed this is something that will be sorted once the “community” is set up.

Re the Wifi if the development has been built to the same spec as La Estancia then fibre has been installed to each property from the main central service centre housing. Fuerte Wifi have put a fibre dish up on our central mast and you can now op to get your internet at currently speeds up to 50Mb via fibre. We have opted for the 30MB option no problem.

David from Fuerte Wifi has been doing installations on properties there. He told us about it when we spoke to him last week. They do pay as you go as an option.
