It makes me wonder if that's the same swimming pools, Captain mentioned earlier

I think they will be, they are well hidden so when I walked round after Captain's post a couple of weeks ago I couldn't see them.

Will be watching the pool installations with interest as a number of us on La Estancia are having issues with Osmosis in our pool that are only just coming up to 3 years old and we are not sure if it is manufacture or installation issue.

I am new to this site, I am buying on Pueblo Majorero and really appreciate the pictures and updates.
Progress has been a little slow but now looking forward to completion and the chance to spend more time in Fuerteventura. Please keep the pictures and updates coming.

The villas look quite similar to yours John (Windermeregolfer) ?? Although not with as much space around them ☹️

Morning - Looking at Sam's pictures they appear to have half a meter less in the depth of the back garden based on the gap between the pool and the back concrete wall compared to ours on La Estancia. The gap between each villa is similar based on my last visit to the site in March.

IMHO the main issue is the apartment blocks over looking the villas.

Update - just relooked at the pictures and I think the back is the same depth, they have tiles all round the pool where as ours don't have tiles between the pool and back fence.

Thanks to all for regular updates. Anyone with recent experience of how to furnish a brand new property? Ideally someone to look after the entire proces, we had hoped the developer might offer something but it seems not although there was talk of a showhome on the site.
