Had an email from IKEA today but deleted it as I didn't need anything. From memory it said you can still order online in FV. Free home delivery if you order over 100€. Free parcel delivery on small things if over 50€. Check site carefully though as I could have got it wrong.
So order some stuff while you've got time to put it together!

Let's Protect Our Health: Additional Measures
Purchase preference: elderly, disabled, reduced mobility, pregnant, and their companions
Clean our hands Wipe the handle of the trolley or baskets with paper
This will happen. Let's be responsible.
...What if I don't want to purchase an elderly person? I've got enough to be dealing with right now! Also, what do you reckon the limit per customer is?
Just a heads up guys I was in Mercadona this morning, there is a lady at the entrance, with a dispenser of sanitiser shew gives you a paper towel with sanitizer and you clean it yourselves, she also requires you to sanitise your gloves if wearing them, or your hands if not before entering, there was Brit there giving her grief, and when I intervened it was not that he was being an idiot he merely he did not understand what she was asking him to do.
CALETA: HiperDino, HAPPY CENTRE
This store has now been closed. They are consolidating their efforts at the White Centre and the mid-town Dinos for now.

Was in this morning picking up some bits. Good stock of everything from fresh produce (salad, vegetables), dairy (milk, cheese), bread produce, and frozen items. Very impressed with how it's running so far. Staff disinfecting all trolleys and carts. Guy chased me down to ask me to get gloves and wear them, which I happily did. Very quiet in the store; nobody there when I entered, maybe 3 others by the time I left. Very sedate experience.
Going to try for Mercadona tomorrow. Will let you know if they're letting people from Caleta get that far, but I am hopeful, as the Dinos definitely don't have everything you need for a whole week, so hopefully an argument can be made if need be.
Did see the Police driving around on my way home, one of just three cars total on my 20 minute trip. Couldn't even enjoy the time outside— felt like a naughty child that was about to get into trouble at any minute just for existing! Absolutely eerie out there, and all the hotels seem to be shut. Very bizarre that the world can change so much so quickly.

Glad to see that people seem to be sticking to the rules (for the most part, probably).
Here in Scotland the population don’t seem to have twigged yet, apart from the supermarket shelves being stripped on a daily basis.
No one wearing masks/gloves, trolleys/baskets not being wiped down, No spacing lines at checkouts in fact no great degree of social distancing.
Even apparently some rogue pubs still opening & the the young ones seem to be still stocking up on booze & burgers, it’s sunny today so no doubt a few parties/bbq’s on. Shocking really !!!

I went to Mercadona yesterday circa 11:30, and there was a Police car on the roundabout but they did not stop me and I passed them three times.
Many supermarkets in the UK and Ireland appear to be allocating the first two hours of opening to over 70's and otherwise vulnerable. Does anyone know if this is happening anywhere here?
