UK TV advice for new residents

Hello - I just made an offer on a property in Fuerteventura and I wanted to get any advice on TV set-up.  I'm not too bothered about having live UK TV channels, however I'd like to be able to use iPlayer, itvX, Channel 4 etc on a Smart TV that I'll purchase locally.

From the research I've done it seems like my simplest solution would be to buy an Android Smart TV e.g. Sony and then download the Nord VPN app (I'm already a subscriber).  I think it may be as simple as that - does anyone have experience of this that could confirm or offer better advice?  Thanks

I have the same set up as your suggesting...Nord VPN has been the best I have used over the last 15 years.
