Good morning from Caleta, yesterday very much as forecast, gusts of wind mid to late afternoon were strong.

               

                   

This morning at 7.30 15C, clear sky overhead, high thin cloud to the east over the sea, hardly a breath of wind and no condensation.

           

           

Today's Caleta forecast -

A sunny morning and mostly sunny afternoon, shade temperature to get up to 21C from midday through until 6pm with the UV factor reaching 6 at 12 noon, AIR QUALITY POOR all day.

Wind from the NNW at 13 to 15 kmph with gusts up to 22 kmph this morning moving to come from the N / NNE this afternoon at 15 to 20 kmph with gusts up to 30 kmph.

8.40am update one flash of lightening and a number of rumbles of thunder - ⛈️⛈️⚡⚡

Thought I would add to Wednesday's report to keep our record straight! 🤣
I was just reading an AEMET report that says there were numerous lightning strikes on the island and hail fell in several places! 
I know the thunder kept rumbling in Tindaya most of the morning.

I know the thunder kept rumbling in Tindaya most of the morning.

We had thunder here as well Tamara, and a very heavy shower, but if there was lightening I failed to see it.

Early good morning from Caleta where yesterday was much as forecast, IMO a lot warmer and a little more cloud than anticipated with 3 very light showers of rain during the afternoon.

               

               

This morning at 6.50am 14C clear sky overhead but a bank of cloud out east over the sea, a very light breeze and a little condensation on the car.



Today's Caleta forecast -

A sunny start and cloud building from 10am to give up to 70% cover by 11am with a 51% chance of showers today, shade temperature to get up to 21C at 3pm with the UV Factor reaching 6 when the sun is out around midday, air quality fair today.

Wind from the NW at 15 to 20 kmph with gusts up to 32 kmph this morning moving to come from the NNE this afternoon increasing at 24 to 28 kmph with gusts up to 44 kmph before moving back to come from the N this evening.

Good morning from Caleta, yesterday the cloud built earlier than forecast and there were a number of rain showers throughout the day and overnight.

                           

This morning at 8.30am it is 17C on our sheltered terrace but a lot cooler in a very strong wind and a lot of cloud.

THERE IS A YELLOW WARNING FOR WIND TODAY AND TOMORROW.

A fairly cloudy day with a high % chance of showers of rain, shade temperature to get up to 21C at 1pm with the UV factor reaching 5 at 11am, air quality fair.

Wind from the N at 33 to 37 kmph with up to 56 kmph this morning moving to come from the NNE at 37 to 39 kmph with gusts up to 56 kmph this afternoon and early evening.

Wind YELLOW WARNING STILL IN PLACE, from the N this morning and the NNE this afternoon at 33 to 37 kmph with gusts up to 56 kmph, golf is going to be interesting
