I agree with John then as well. If it is just two lanes each side squeezed into the available space it means retaining the roundabouts. That will save nothing, there will still be the same queues & delays & still cost a packet as well as the construction disruption.

The realist in me says judging by the progress or lack of it re-tarmacing the pathway up to Monte Castillo, they will open at about the same time
