Wise account or problem

Check your Wise accounts. Looked at mine this morning, and it needed a verification before 1st march which  hadn't seen. My UK pension has been cancelled!!

Ditto used Wise yesterday no problem.

I have fingerprint / biometric authorization set up so it could be they need that extra level of security.

It is now sorted, it appears that it was blocked because I didn't see the verification deadline of 1st March, (extra EU regs at the moment). For some reason they didn't send me an email, and I only tend to use it once a month to transfer the pension.
Does anyone have their email address (since change to Wise) so I can add it to my 'safe sender list' please

Can't see a public help email address, the email confirmation of a transfer is from a noreply@wise.com 

There is a help page - Hi, how can we help? | Wise Help Centre when you are logged into your account on a PC or laptop.
