Do I detect a bit of an agenda here? We bought our place via Goldacre and have only positive things to say about them - everything was clear and above board and everything went far more smoothly than I ever hoped could be the case, buying for the first time in a foreign country. The same applies to everyone we encountered in the local Sabadell bank and the lawyers we used (Glex & Co in Rosario). Between everyone, it made the process really easy and I thank them all for indulging all my basic/possibly stupid questions!

Subsequently I got to know John a bit better through doing the 'A Place in the Sun' expos around the UK (I was part of the HM Government stand). He's a businessman, of course, but seems like a good guy to me.

Not wishing to make light of anyone else's difficulties, but I can only report as I find. I would definitely use them (all) again.
