Aid for photovoltaic installations in homes.
Aid for photovoltaic installations in homes approved by the City Council of Puerto del Rosario. The deadline for submitting applications ends on October 31.
The City Council of Puerto del Rosario, through the Department of Industry and Energy led by Juan Manuel Verdugo, has disclosed the rules governing the call for subsidies 2023 for photovoltaic installations in homes in the municipality. These subsidies aim to encourage the efficient use of energy through saving and efficiency measures, while promoting the advancement of renewable energy.
In total, a fund of 25,000 euros has been allocated for the granting of these subsidies, with the possibility of extending it if there are budgetary resources available in the City Council.
The grant amount will be 50% of eligible expenses executed between November 16, 2022 and October 31, 2023. The maximum amounts are 2,000 euros for shared services in buildings, up to 2,500 euros for single-family homes, 2,500 euros for individual self-consumption in buildings of up to 12 homes, and 5,000 euros for shared self-consumption in buildings of up to 12 homes. In any case, the eligible amount cannot be less than 2,000 euros, and the design and engineering costs cannot exceed 10% of the total cost of the installation.
The mayor of Puerto del Rosario, David de Vera, said that "this initiative will help the families of the municipality that with their decision to install photovoltaic panels are choosing to contribute to the conservation of the environment, through the reduction of CO2 emissions".
For the Councilor for Industry and Energy, Juan Manuel Verdugo, "these aids come to ratify that we continue to bet on the promotion of self-consumption, as well as the development of photovoltaic energy in the homes of the municipality".
The period for submitting applications ends on October 31 and must be submitted through an application signed by the interested party or his representative, in the General Registry of the City Council of Puerto del Rosario, located in the Citizen Attention Office, or through municipal electronic registry.
The bases, required documentation, application forms and annexes of both calls are available for consultation and download on the bulletin board of the municipal electronic headquarters in www.puertodelrosario.org
