That is very nice, such a shame we don't have a garden.
I need a six month vacation twice a year

It's on Calle Montaña de la Arena, on the extreme north edge of La Oliva.
From the FV-101, you turn on to Camino del Boyajo and then on to Calle Montaña de la Arena. If you look on Google maps you'll find the streets.

I was expecting a bigger number, something like 7,000 or more trees. Was there a limit per person or address?
I Fuerteventura

I think their plan was to get 10000 trees planted.
On that basis, it failed. 5 very small trees given to 500 people did not fulfill that objective.
They ran short of the specimens that the public wanted, ie Palmeras and bigger, faster growing trees like the Epeciero.
One of the slow growing specimens they picked out for me was only about 10inches high! As the Spanish say, you don't plant this tree for your children, but for your grand-children!!
Personally, I think the Cabildo would do far better to grow the specimens on to a greater size (in their massive greenhouses at Pozo). And concentrate on the vigorous varieties that people really want. And 10 robust palm trees IN ADDITION to your 10 tree quota, like last year.
Just my view.
