House sale fuerteventura
#1
Hi
We are selling our property through fuerteventura residencies in caleta ( opposite san jorge ).
Has anybody any experience with this company ?
Should we employ a lawyer for the sale ?

I would always use an abogado for a sale or purchase. Fuerteventura Residences is one of the better agencies in my opinion. I can recommend Carolina Romano (office on Puerta del Sol complex). Although not a qualified abogado, she prepares all the paperwork and is backed by an abogado (Daniel from Fuerteventura Law).

They have done a total of six transactions for me over the last ten plus years and I highly
reccomend them. I did not use a lawyer and have had no problems with paperwork.
Nadia is excellent and the quality of after sales service is very good too.
PM me if you want further details

WE used Fuerteventura Residences to sell our property three years ago, we did not bother with a lawyer, and they did a first-class job.  I think it is more important when you are buying to have the legal advice or if need power of attorney if you cannot be present for the sale finalisation with the Notary.
