The Second Section of the Provincial Court of Las Palmas hosts this July 10 the trial against a resident of Gran Tarajal, identified as J.M.S.B., accused by the Prosecutor's Office of possessing child pornography and making new material of this nature with his own daughters.
The defendant has been in pretrial detention for this cause since March 22, 2024 and the Public Prosecutor's Office requests a total of 14 years in prison, as well as that he be deprived of parental authority over his daughters for a period of 10 years.
According to the indictment to which Diario de Fuerteventura has had access, the defendant, who has a criminal record for crimes such as injuries in the field of gender violence, robbery with force and theft, between October 20, 2023 and November 7 of the same year held conversations with another user on the Telegram social network.
In these conversations, he requested and shared video files of minors, boys and girls, the vast majority of whom were babies and minors whose age could be up to four years old in "explicit sexual attitude and behaviour of all kinds", according to the indictment.
In addition, the defendant, at his home located in Gran Tarajal, in the municipality of Tuineje, had two mobile phones with a total of 290 photographs of "very young" minors in explicit attitudes and behaviors, posing nude and having sexual relations with adults.
Likewise, the indictment continues, the defendant prepared files of images and audiovisuals of his minor daughters posing, in most of them, semi-naked. Likewise, the defendant made one of his daughters pose, among other circumstances, "in panties and naked in the bathtub for her sexual satisfaction and that of third parties and for this purpose he recorded her both clothed and naked making her say before the camera the names of other pedophiles to whom he sent these videos to satisfy these purposes".
They also found on a tablet owned by him a total of 31 photographs and a total of four videos "of extreme gravity" in which minors are seen performing acts of a sexual nature consisting of "penetrations by people of legal age", the document states.
"Similarly," the Public Prosecutor's Office continues, "during the course of these conversations with the user" of Telegram "the defendant sent him personal photographs of a non-sexual nature of his minor daughters," eight and 10 years old, "expressing his intention that the receiver record videos ejaculating on them."
For the Prosecutor's Office, the defendant carried out such acts motivated by his sexual attraction to minors and the facts constitute two crimes related to prostitution and sexual exploitation and corruption of minors.
For this reason, the Public Prosecutor's Office is asking for 14 years in prison and special disqualification from exercising any profession or trade that involves regular and direct contact with minors for 15 years, as well as probation for nine years and the deprivation of parental authority over their minor daughters for a period of 10 years.
