Hi Cjake5, there were just over 70% sold back in April when we were there . Not sure if you have looked on Idealista web site ,there is a phone number on there for Anjoca sales . They now have 2 furnished show apartments open , may be worth a trip over to get a feel for the units before you commit .
If not you can always have a few days of winter sun on this fantastic island 😎

I need to go into the Anjoca sales office to see Tamara in the next couple of days so will look and see if the plan is still on the wall showing what is sold and come back to you all.

Just been in the office to see Tamara so whilst there looked at the Apartments plan on the wall which indicated there are 83 apartments of which 43 have either red or blue flags in them.

Hi there, just to let you know we have bought as well and have been sending emails requesting update information as we have made some changes to the plans. I have been emailing since the end of August and apart from one email explaining they were closed most of August (which is fine) we have received no reply to the multiple emails I have sent since then. I am now thinking I am going to have to book a trip out in the next few weeks to check on things ad I am now worried as there has been radio silence, even the phone hasn’t been answered the times I have rang!
