Hi Jason /Sam thanks for the welcome, Tamara had told us in May they had to be finished building the development by end of 2019 but it would take a few weeks after completion to get the final certificates from the local government to allow habitation. Hoping for keys early feb 😎 fingers crossed. Anyone have info for cleaners that would be interested in looking after apartments in the complex. Anyone have info on estimated comunidad
costs for Pablo Majorero .

My wife spoke with the owner and believe others on here have experience of them.

Hi cJake5
I have been receiving mails from Tamara in the sales office this week after a couple of weeks of no contact. Apparently there was a fire that brought down there IT system resulting in no communications being sent out.
I believe there are still units available, do you have Tamara’s mail address?

I took some photos this morning, and they are on this link -

There were about 40 cars near the site - presumably all builder's cars. Builders were working all over the site - mainly plastering.

When we drove past on Wednesday it didn't look like may of the apartments had the windows in.
Re the number of cars based on my experience of hotel builds and refurbishments at this this stage you could have up to 10 different trades on site working on all the finishing off installations.
