I remember a comment from Tamara in
December when we visited - something about knowing the completion date the nearer they get to completion and they they would contact all buyers at that time. To be fair though i have been told 28th Feb ever since my visit in
December 18 so at least they have been consistent. I wont believe anything though till i actually have the keys. Any competent developer would be able to nail down a completion date this close, but i agree the habitation licences are more difficult to predict.

Email from Tamara today when asked to confirm the dates:
Although building works finish next month, please remind that we have to receive from the institutions (Property registry, Council, Insurances…) all the paperwork required to sign Deeds. That could take around 5 weeks long. In order to make plans, we are advising clients to think April.
We hope this e-mail can help you for organizing.

Been along and took some photos this afternoon including one of the promotion board which if you look carefully shows fencing around the pool area but not the stark white that the actual is, from where I took the photos I couldn't see if ther is room and boarders for planting to hide the fencing as in the promo board image.
People still working at gone 5pm, hot water solar panels and AC units going in on the villas, white fencing up between ground floor appartments and picon down around blaock 1

Thanks John, the promotional photographs on the developers website vary in a number of areas from the actual development but on the whole it seems a reasonable representation. The landscaping shown on the architects drawings was always going to take a bit of imagination. Hopefully the appointed management team will have some keen gardeners to look after things.

Hi Jason ,Understood from Tamara that Anjoca will be the initial management company and it will go to a vote once Pueblo Majorero form a communidad if we decide to keep them as PM company.
As this is our first Spanish property, I would be interested in members views as to what the communal service charge covers in apartment complexes . Understandably it will cover the maintenance of the grounds and communal spaces but I understood from Tamara it also covers building insurance.
Will it also cover water rates ? Would be interested in people’s views .

My thought was I would want Anjoca on board initially. Tamara quoted 80 euros per month as an estimate. I would also be interested what it covers and how much input residents are given on the management if any. I had assumed like in the Uk maybe a management committee is elected by a majority of residents.
