Hi all just to let you know how ours is going.  We are going to complete this week had final statement of  costs from our solicitor we are forwarding monies. As they have power of attorney they are all ready to complete and this is going ahead with notary so shouldn’t be a problem for you to do so.  We know we can’t  fly over yet but we feel it is better to get completion done like you said have the property Andy then when this terrible time is all over we can just move in as I feel if very left it until lockdown ends everyone will be rushing to complete with further delays

Hi all, received update from our solicitor with all the costings for completion, no firm date but told by the end of the month. Happy with this, maybe property owners will be allowed to travel a little earlier than holidaymakers, uncertain times but for me a little something to lighten the gloom.

Update to all purchasers and others interested - i am completing purchase tomorrow and have received a large number of photos and videos of my property and the development (pool, gardens etc).
Other than needing a good site clean it all looks good, as mentioned before, the fencing could be better but maybe more down to personal taste.
The agent has looked round and is happy. 
If anyone wants anything PM me and will see what i can do to assist by way of sending over videos.

There is currently an Irish couple being accommodated in a villa just down from us who are also buying an apartment I will have to check if they are now completing and able to move in on the basis they have furniture etc. will let you all know.
