Just on your questions 

Apartments come pre fitted for air con and builder can arrange for fitting at around 5000 euro which from memory covers the 2 bedrooms and living room. As it’s pre fitted (piped and ducted ) you have option of engaging your own installer.

I have no exact communal fee cost , but it is probably going to be around 80 euro a month.

I understood you will need a VV licence to legally rent out the apartment, we don’t intend renting ours so I would not have any details on that one.

Thanks for your answers, i thought there were move units available as the https://www.idealista.com/en/pro/anjocacanarias/ site shows quite a few? I will try and make contact. Can you advise where the resales are listed?

Edit** i found one at carmenvillazan.com 170,000 euros, any idea who is selling the other one?

Obviously not an owner Jason but what I have seen is on Saturday evening 3 villas were occupied and I noticed whilst golfing yesterday 3 or 4 of the apartments are occupied.

Just an observation / opinion the apartment blocks appearance will start to deteriorate as more apartments are occupied and you get all sorts of different furniture and laundry drying on  / hanging over balconies.

Hi to owners and others. I was asking Tamara about the difference in artists impressions and the finished site re landscaping and the pool area. It seems it is the responsibility of the community to furnish the pool area, she didn’t answer the question on landscaping. My understanding was that the community won’t be set up until a certain number of property purchases have been completed and therefore no community exists at present. Fine on one hand (no fees) but on the other hand could do with getting on with things. 

Any thoughts from owners or owners on other complexes?

Hi, we have bought on the complex though not yet been over, apparently we will be getting minutes from the community meeting which happened on 15 July  ,
For those of you who have not been out you will need an electrician to put up ceiling roses as bulbs are dangling from wires, there is a year to put right any defects you find,fortunately my inlaws live tin fuerteventura andhave been doing jobs for us .
