Two people arrested in Tuineje after the robbery with violence to a 75-year-old man.
The Civil Guard of Fuerteventura, has arrested on September 28 two people, a man and a woman of 34 and 31 years of age respectively, with Police records for crimes against heritage, as perpetrators of a crime of robbery with violence and intimidation by assaulting a 75-year-old man in a restaurant and subtracting the amount of 800 euros.
The investigation began as a result of the complaint formalized in the premises of the Civil Guard of Gran Tarajal, in which they reported that two people physically assaulted the complainant in an establishment located in the urban center and, after rushing him to the ground, they managed to subtract the 800 euros he carried among his belongings.
Apparently, the victim, a 75-year-old man with little mobility, had withdrawn the Money from the ATM moments before. All this was reflected in the complaint along with the physical description of the alleged perpetrators and their clothing.
Immediately the Civil Guard collected the information and testimonies of the people who initially helped him by carrying out the Police investigations to carry out a study and follow-up at the place of occurrence of the Events, identifying the alleged perpetrators carrying out their arrest.
As explained by the Civil Guard, the detainee, at the time of her arrest, carried among her belongings 815 euros arranged in the same bills that had been stolen, recovering the Civil Guard all the stolen Money leaving it to judicial disposition as a piece of conviction.
For all these reasons, the corresponding Police proceedings were carried out that were placed together with the detainees at the disposal of the corresponding Guard Court of Puerto del Rosario.
