Woman died after being hit by a bus in Fuerteventura.
A 76-year-old woman died this morning after being hit by a bus in Fuerteventura.
The accident occurred at the bus station in Puerto del Rosario, Primero de Mayo Street.
The Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received several alerts communicating the running over of a person by a bus inside the station.
1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources.
As a result of the impact, the affected woman suffered injuries incompatible with life, so the health personnel displaced to the scene of the accident confirmed her death.
