Hi folks.
We moved in to our house 6 months ago. Our lawyer set up electricity and water contracts for us, but we are yet to be billed.
Endesa's system seems to have a series of problems! We received no bills, could not access the portal, and then could not see any information. Having emailed them, then had a video call and then used their online chat they finally said that their systems had problems and that we would be offered the chance ot back pay monthly...though they cannot tell us what we might owe!
btw, on the video call they said 'oh, you should email us, that is best'. I pointed out that I had, twice. She then said 'oh yes, we hardly ever have a chance to read all the emails to be honest'! smh.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
wrt water, we have an initial receipt, but no bills. Having contacted CAAF they have said 'there is no current debt at your address.' I accessed their portal using an e-certificate but it then wanted me to sign using another system (Autofirma) - which didn't work on my Mac despite downloading it.
At least both firms have a record of me having contacted them now!
