54 apartments and a new 100-room hotel in El Cotillo.
The manager Canarian Hospitality will open a new resort in Fuerteventura that will be developed in two phases (end of the year and 2024), and will have 54 apartments and a hotel with 100 rooms. The complex will be managed under its Mynd Hotels brand and will be renamed Mynd Cotillo.
The manager has reported today that the project will be developed in two phases and is already in execution, and that at the end of the year it plans to inaugurate Lacasa Apartments El Cotillo, with 54 residences.
This building will be part of the final project, which will also include a 100-room hotel that will be released in 2024 and whose owner is the company Jandía Esmeralda, which will invest 6 million euros in the construction and equipment of this first phase, in which the apartments will be promoted exclusively
The apartment complex will have one and two bedroom units (some adapted for people with reduced mobility), central pool, gym, a junior club, parking and storage area for sports equipment, among other services.
This will be the fourth project managed by Canarian Hospitality in the Canary Islands, after the opening last December of the Mynd Adeje (Tenerife) and also announcing by the end of 2022 two other openings, this time on the island of Lanzarote: the Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote, in Costa Teguise, and the Mynd Yaiza hotel, in Playa Blanca.
MYND Cotillo
The Canarian Hospitality complex, to which the 100-room hotel will be added by the end of 2024, will be renamed myND Cotillo as a whole. This will be the fourth project managed by Canarian Hospitality in the Canary Islands, after the opening last December of the MYND Adeje (Tenerife) and also announcing by the end of 2022 two other openings, this time on the island of Lanzarote: the Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote, in Costa Teguise, and the MYND Yaiza hotel, in Playa Blanca.
