My post from today is - 

An update as work has started again.  On Sunday whilst golfing notice 2 diggers on site then today as the wind changed to come from the SE we heard them working so I had a walk and yes they are doing more ground works removing earth.  They also appear to have done some more block work on the villas and put more shuttering in for concrete for the apartment block.

Is there any news about the crane? If I remember correctly, there was an issue getting a licence for the crane, being in the path of the planes or something like that.

Not sure as of today the crane is still laying there awaiting to be erected

Crane went up a week a go and work is now progressing at a pace.

I believe the massive structure is going to be apartments, not sure how many, though.

A Hotel? they have been banging on about a shortage of rooms for some time.

I don't think it'll be a hotel. Should be private apartments. It was advertised in Atlantico near the main entrance. Two of three bedrooms for 140K euro and three bed villas each with private pool for about 300K euro.
