As promised we were unfortunately to late the letters had gone back however what we produced  was enough for our neighbours to collect, now the task begins of how to get them back and where to start, any ideas would be appreciated.

Oh dear, what a dilemma for you!  Are there not any contact details on line for you to follow? Same place where you got the information from in the first place? Otherwise you may have to go back to the Police station where you first did your application and explain to them the situation.

I would reach out to Miguel at Boxx Pro and ask him if there is a way to proceed without the letters.

I know the letters are needed for applying for your TIE card at the Police (my wife just got hers digitally) - but there might be a way to check in the Puerto offices regarding your case and get a printed confirmation of status.

Hi, Witmaj, can I clarify if by residency you are referring to the green NIE card now replaced by the TIA card? or something else, as we are waiting for our replacement TIA and I am sure that for them you have to wait 6/8 weeks and then collect them from thr National Police Station in PR

The point I am trying to make is that if it is the new TIA you are talking about I was categorically told they do not  inform you you simply wait 6/8 weeks and go and collect them

The application was done digitally through Miguel at Boxx Pro, and thus he received notifications digitally.
