Passed by Atlantico so took a pic of the stand by the main entrance and another one of the billboard by the road. They are spending quite a lot on advertising.

Sam, you are ruining my windup of WG I am trying to convince him that when he returns from South Africa he is going to find a dozen 25 storey hotels in his eyeline.

I see the flats are now advertised at €150k+ (can't remember exactly) when they were less than €140k at first. I don't know if this inflation  or that cheaper flats have all sold. The villas are still at €315k I believe.

A big lorry was driving out of Puerto this afternoon, and it was fully loaded with swimming pools.  I wonder if they are heading here.

Hi Captain, will have a walk round and look tomorrow, they have certainly got on with the villas in the 3 weeks we have been away

No sign of any pools when I went past yesterday lunch time.

They are getting on at a pace and now have 2 tower cranes in operation.

When's actually the plan to finish it?

Not sure Sam I will try and find out, they are certainly moving on when I was having a look yesterday they are first fixing in the villas, tiling roofs, digging holes for pool liners and the first block of the apartments are up to second floor and they are blocking the walls.

Sorry not been near for photos but did go in the office yesterday and spoke to Adolfo who indicated that they plan to finish the development by Christmas / early January '20, villa will be finished before then probably August '19, however due to H&S of the site and continuing work on the apartment blocks and communal pools villas won't be occupied before the whole project is finished.
