Hi all, 

I'm from Milan - Italy. Me and my family have bought a unit on March 2018 facing on golf resort on the first block unit almost completed. 
Happy to join you in this forum. The sales office informs us that the delivery forecast should be within the end of February 2020. 
We are thinking to fix the notarial deed within the middle of May, as Anjoca needs time from pubblic amministration to complete all the document's necessary for it.  Ciao

Hi all - following our recent visit it is clear real progress has been made on the works, given the current exchange rates and upcoming UK election i contacted Tamara about paying Anjoca early to lock in the current rate, they are able to accommodate this and it would be covered by the bank guarantees if anyone is interested. I would be happy to hear from anyone with similar experience of waiting and watching exchange rates or any other wise words, alternative is to put it in our Sabadell account but not keen. UK Brokers will tend to hold it for a week or so then want you to make payment to the beneficiary. Many thanks to all that read this.

Hi all - we are back out in 2 and a bit weeks and will check on progress, hoping for the same incredible Weather we had the same time last year.
Any buyers, visitors or residents out there with any updates to share? Surprised not to really see any online advertising unless they have mostly sold now.

When driving past last Friday and out for a walk on Sunday they seem to be moving on as all three blocks are painted and block one and two appear to have the facing tiles fixed, will get some photos next time I am over that way.

Just been for an apartment viewing with Tamara.  They have flags in 50 of the 83 apartments on the plan in the office, one of the villa has now become available due to back word.

Plenty of work going on which Tamara told me would be completed by the end of February and ready for occupation end of March after all the paperwork has been completed.

The show apartments we think are nicely fitted out by U & Me Home at very reasonable prices and Tamara did confirm they do have an English speaking consultant to help with the furnishing of the apartments.

Whoever had reserved / paid a deposit for villa No 4 has now pulled out and it is back available for sale through Anjoca.
