I honestly believe it is simply Newspaper talk, I understand The Express ran a similar article last week, it must be a slow news week in the UK, my understanding is The Spanish (and French ) Government wants to change the 90-day rule as it is having a not very positive effect on the economy, why then would they make it more difficult for tourists?
