There is a small exhibition of old photos from around the area, in the Cultural Centre, Gran Tarajal.
It's on until 8th March.
Quality of some are not brilliant as most are copies, and some from posters, etc. But all the same an interesting view of the town and area from the past. Free entry. Daily 09:00 - 13:00 and 16:30 - 19:00.

Not sure where to put this tread lets start here in General.
I was at the Dunes yesterday and was asked where to get something to eat, so I went to point out Reynaldo's to find it had disappeared, buildings, flags, everything. It was there 4 /5 weeks ago when I was last up there.
Any one any information? It is still on Google maps

| Cabildo nurseries at Betancuria and La Oliva |

Anyone know if the Cabildo open to the public at either Betancuria or La Oliva stations to sell plants and/or trees?
Since Pozo has been closed for refurb, they have very little of interest in that poxy little tent. We were originally told they would only shut the facility, for sales for about 3 months. That was nearly two years ago! Everytime we return, on the date given for the grand re-opening they have little for sale. Last time, just a few palms and a couple of figs.
As I'm trying to 're-forest' our garden, we would like to buy more Aguaribay's, similar to those given out on free plant days. And I like Cabildo prices.

Hi Everyone
I have been following the activity in the Canary Islands since 2011 the eruption El Hierro.
I will if you wish I will also start to add all my posts to this forum .
My posts include latest earthquakes reports from other websites and discussions on the internet.
I am not an expert but someone following and very interested in all the activity as it is happening.
